The history of Rising Stars!
As children, the most valuable learning experiences often come from simple, everyday adventures those moments when we explore, interact, and develop both physical coordination and a sense of independence. However, in today’s world, many children are spending increasing amounts of time on screens, missing out on opportunities to connect with others, explore their surroundings, and build essential life skills.
While technology has brought undeniable advancements, the core needs of childhood development have not changed. Children still thrive on face-to-face interactions, physical activity, and engaging experiences that foster curiosity and growth. There is an important balance to be struck between embracing the digital age and ensuring that our children have the space and support to develop holistically, away from the distractions of screens.
Eliot Tang, a dedicated entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the childcare industry, founded Rising Stars Activities with a clear mission: to provide children with opportunities to develop both healthy bodies and curious minds through sports and creative activities. By offering a wide range of engaging programs, Rising Stars creates an environment where children can learn valuable skills such as teamwork, problem-solving, and creativity. Our goal is to equip today’s young generation with the skills and confidence they will need for tomorrow’s challenges.

My son had an amazing time at the camp this October half term. His first time ever at a camp and he happily walked in with the friendly staff and wanted to go back every day. I can’t wait to send him back at Christmas as he really enjoyed all of the activities and made lots of friends

Fred loves rising stars, the team there make everything so enjoyable for the kids with such an array of activities to suit all. My son has been going to the camps as well as the football club since he was 4 and 2 years later he doesn’t want to go anywhere else.
